Servings

Ingredients for 2

  • 2 plain tortilla wraps
  • 8 ready-made falafel
  • 4 tbsp shop-bought hummus

  • 1 cucumber , diced
  • salt and pepper , to taste

Method

  1. Heat the falafel in the oven or a dry pan until hot and crisp, about 6 minutes.
  2. Warm the wraps briefly so they fold without cracking.
