- 50 ml amaretto liqueur
- 25 ml bottled lemon juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 glace cherry , to garnish
- ice cubes
Method
- Add the amaretto, lemon juice and sugar to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds until cold.
- Strain over fresh ice in a tumbler.
- Drop in a glace cherry to garnish.
