Ingredients for 1
- 50 ml value Italian-style orange aperitif
- 75 ml value Prosecco , chilled
- 25 ml soda water
- 1 slice orange
- ice cubes , to fill
Method
- Fill a large wine glass or tumbler with ice cubes.
- Pour in the orange aperitif followed by the Prosecco.
- Top with the soda water and stir once gently.
- Drop in the orange slice and serve.
