- 40 ml citrus vodka , such as Absolut Citron
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml cranberry juice , not from concentrate
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 5 ml sugar syrup , to balance
- ice cubes , to shake
- To serve
- 1 orange , peel for a twist
Method
- Chill a martini glass in the freezer while you prepare the drink.
- Combine the citrus vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice and sugar syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake briskly for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Double-strain into the chilled glass.
- Express an orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
