Ingredients for 1
- 50 ml vodka
- 75 ml passion fruit cocktail mixer , from a carton
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 15 ml lime juice , bottled
- 60 ml Prosecco , served on the side
- ice , for shaking
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka, passion fruit mixer, vanilla sugar and lime juice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds until cold.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Serve with a small shot glass of Prosecco on the side.
