Ingredients for 1
- 50 ml vanilla vodka
- 15 ml passion fruit liqueur
- 30 ml passion fruit puree
- 15 ml lime juice , freshly squeezed
- 10 ml vanilla sugar syrup
- 1 passion fruit , to garnish
- 75 ml Prosecco , served on the side
- ice , for shaking
Method
- Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, puree, lime juice and vanilla syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Float half a passion fruit on top and serve with a chilled shot of Prosecco alongside.
