- Build
- 45 ml premium wheat vodka
- 20 ml creme de peche peach liqueur
- 60 ml fresh-pressed pink grapefruit and cranberry juice
- 50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 10 ml fresh lime juice
- Float
- 10 ml homemade pomegranate grenadine
- Garnish
- 1 handful ice cubes , large, clear
- 1 white peach fan , to garnish
- 1 luxardo cherry , to garnish
Method
- Shake the vodka, peach liqueur, grapefruit-cranberry juice, orange juice and lime over ice for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with large clear ice cubes.
- Slowly pour the homemade grenadine down the inside of the glass for a sunset gradient.
- Garnish with a fan of fresh white peach and a luxardo cherry on a pick.
