Cheese and Pineapple Sticks

The retro British party classic: cubes of cheese and pineapple on cocktail sticks, often pushed into a foil-covered hedgehog. The basic tier keeps it nostalgic with mild cheddar and tinned pineapple, while the ultimate tier pairs aged cheeses with fresh roasted pineapple and a balsamic glaze.
